The main purpose of the article is that it talks about how the air force is spending 60 million dollars to certify military space launches. In my opinion I think that the air force should leave the space launching to NASA and allow them to run the space program for the government. For business I don't think that this would have any major effect on them. But for the government I think that this would be wasting on money on something that they do not need to be getting involved in.
I agree with your opinion. The military doesn't have the special training and knowledge that NASA has. NASA should be the only one who should specialized in space expedition.
